Awoke and ate breakfast then developped stomach ache which lasted even after I took some Rennie tablets. Had pain for a long time and tried various different sitting positions in the bus. Then bought some "De-Gas" pills from a Pharmacy which seemed to do the trick.
Slept on arrival in Dunedin YHA (which was one of the best in the whole of NZ in my opinion) then walked down the steep hill from the YHA into town to buy some cup-a-soups for supper. Had a chat in the YHA's TV lounge to some other fellow hostellers before walking to "On Top ", a pool hall come backpackers and stayed for 2 hours. Got to meet Ritchie's cousin, Odette, who was very chatty.
